Who is Meg Verre?

I make it fun & easy for people to learn.

Most people outside the world of training blankly stare when I tell them I'm an Instructional Designer.

So, to make it easier to understand what I do, I ask if they ever took a boring, long class.

Then I tell them I make learning fun and bite-sized.

They usually understand that.

Meg Verre

No, I don't own a goat.

But, I am always trying to make new Learning Experts connections and be involved in Training project collaborations.

And, yes, I do enjoy taking and being in pictures anywhere.

I'm a life long learner.

I can spin multiple Learning projects, be a creative team contributor, and stay calm during deadlines.

I have worked with ADDIE and all her my newer friends in the Instructional Theory universe.

I am as comfortable being the designer as a developer, as happy a trainer as the presentation creator, and love being a solution for learners with tiny attention spans or busy schedules.

I hold both a Masters of Arts & a Masters of Science Education.

I have been told I spark imagination & inspire others to exceed their own expectations on learning experience deliverables.

I can manage a project on a budget, lead a team on a deadline, travel to customers sites, or work remotely in my home office gladly.

I am short in stature, big on ideas, huge on teamwork, and love fun.

Thinking outside the box, teaching those around me new skills, & quickly jumping into lending a hand as needed has been part of my career and life.
